Additional DV-2013 Selections beginning October 1, 2012

The Department of State has the following message for DV-2013 Applicants on its web page:  Be advised that additional DV-2013 entrants MAY be selected beginning October 1, 2012.  SOURCE

DV-2013 Applicants should definitely check their entries on October 1.  To check your status, click the following link:  STATUS CHECK 

This is a departure from past practice as the drawings were always complete by July.  Last year, the State Department had nullified its DV-2012 drawings due to computer error.  All Applicants had to re-check their drawings.  Details.
