Southern California Processing Times:

Southern California Processing Times (Processing times are unofficial and based on information given out at the monthly meeting with the Los Angeles Citizenship and Immigration Services District Director dated January 26, 2012):

Los Angeles:

  • Green Cards:  4 Months
  • Notice Given Prior to Green Card Interview: 2-3 weeks

San Fernando Valley

  • Green Cards:  3-4 Months
  • Notice Given Prior to Green Card Interview:  2-3 weeks

Santa Ana:

  • Green Cards:  3 Months
  • Notice Given Prior to Green Card Interview: 30 days

San Bernardino:

  • Green Cards:  3 Months
  • Notice Given Prior to Green Card Interview: 30-45 days

Naturalization:

  • Filing N-400 to receiving an interview date:  4 Months (Los Angeles), 4 Months (San Fernando Valley), 3 Months (Santa Ana, San Bernardino)
  • 60 Days to receive a swear-in ceremony
