I had the pleasure of being interviewed by the Los Angeles Times in July. The article discussed the current U.S. Visa Bulletin system and Senator Padilla’s attempt to introduce new legislation for relief. I discussed the general frustration that many visa applicants experience with the current system. That system, enacted in 1965, was flawed from the beginning for many communities.
