I am very excited to report that I have been appointed to the AILA(American Immigration Lawyers Association) CBP National Liaison Committee. I am even more excited to be working on my first assignment for this committee:
I will be working on the next Trusted Traveler Program Redress advisory!
This is exactly what I was hoping to work on in this committee. I am also very happy to be involved in the national discussion on this program.
I’m in San Diego and looking for an attorney that can help me appeal my global entry denial….
I have a perfect record. my wife did not notice that her Global Entry was issue prior to becoming a US citizen and we crossed into Mexico without her passport and since I did not need a passport did not think about her needing one…
thanks,
LEO
