I am very excited to report that I have been appointed to the AILA(American Immigration Lawyers Association) CBP NationalĀ Liaison Committee. Ā I am even more excited to be working on my first assignment for this committee:
I will be working on the next Trusted Traveler Program Redress advisory!
This is exactly what I was hoping to work on in this committee. Ā I am also very happy to be involved in the national discussion on this program. Ā Ā
I’m in San Diego and looking for an attorney that can help me appeal my global entry denial….
I have a perfect record. my wife did not notice that her Global Entry was issue prior to becoming a US citizen and we crossed into Mexico without her passport and since I did not need a passport did not think about her needing one…
thanks,
LEO
