USCIS recently posted the following public information notices as of July 6, 2012. The notices warn the public not to apply yet either for Deferred Action for DREAMers or for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waivers for eligible spouses and children of U.S. citizens.
USCIS has not yet finalized the mechanisms of the application process for either of these procedures and is concerned people might apply too early. USCIS also warns people not to “pay anyone who claims they can request deferred action on your behalf or apply for employment authorization through this new process before USCIS announces an implementation date.”
