Reauthorizing the EB-5: Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing on December 7

Under the latest extension, Congress had authorized the EB-5 Regional Center Pilot Program through September 30, 2012. The Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on reauthorizing the program on December 7, 2011.
